Yes, it's dark! We're heading up the Mt Olympus trail at 5:40 am!

Alas, I tripped and got a bunch of stitches! No broken bones though.

Not pictured: our bike ride to Groves Market for huge sandwiches,
our bike ride up Emigration Canyon with Bekah's new bike,
our annual scooter and bike ride on the Provo River Bike Trail
from Vivian Park to Utah Lake and back to Provo.
